Double Dragon Alliance is an organization based in Shanghai and founded by Rose Oliver. The Double Dragon emblem symbolizes the joint cultures of China and the West, working together in harmony. Rose has been living in Shanghai for six years. She originally came from Britain, where she lived with her late husband Rey Nelson. They ran a Taiji school together in the UK, which was dedicated to promoting health, happi－ ness and knowledge about traditional Chinese culture and martial arts.
They came to Shanghai in 2000, in order to improve and deepen their understanding of Taiji, to immerse themselves in Chinese culture and to promote intercultural exchange and understanding.
The Double Dragon Alliance is dedicated to continuing that work and to fostering goodwill, understanding, friendship and cross-cultural ties that benefit all.
Since arriving in China, Rose has studied with some of the highest level masters in Shanghai and seeks to share the information and “secrets” learned with other foreign martial arts practitioners, so that all can have a chance to experience the rich diversity of Chinese Culture & Wushu!
